Free Software CMS

For those unfamiliar with the concepts of FreeSoftware Licenses and CMS please browse the following the links. Since the issues are already well described elsewhere we've purposefully made this section brief.

By 'Free' Software we refer to software released under an Open Source Software license such that the source code is free from proprietary restrictions, enabling re-use and adaptation of the source code.

CMS is a system for producing websites that separates issues around 'Look' and 'Style' from website 'Content'. This allows users with limited computing resources to produce a professional-standard website simply by adopting a specified 'Look' and 'Style', whilst being freed to focus on issues of content.
